Free activities and support for unpaid and young carers
Caring for those you love can be the most natural thing in the world, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need support.
If you provide care for a friend or family member, you may be an unpaid carer or a young carer.
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cardiff Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council are committed to supporting you.
We have made funding available for carers to access a range of enjoyable activities and support from a short break to a trip on a sail boat. You can find the contact information below.
