Ty Gorwelion received a grant to make changes to the environment to enhance its service for adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
The grant paid for:
- New kitchen facilities
- Painting and decorating the accommodation
- New toilet facilities
- Additional equipment
- Additional furnishings
- Developing the garden area as a safe breakout area
Ty Gorwelion supports six service users who live with their families and fulfils an essential respite daytime function for carers, improving individuals’ wellbeing.
