Residents across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan are invited to attend a special Carers Week Celebration and Information Fayre taking place on Thursday 11 June at Penarth Leisure Centre.
The free event, running from 11:00am to 1:30pm, has been organised as part of the Building Carer Friendly Communities programme and aims to bring together carers, support organisations and local services in one welcoming space.
Visitors will have the opportunity to access information, advice and wellbeing support, meet local organisations and community groups, and enjoy a free afternoon tea while connecting with others.
The event is delivered in partnership by Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council and TüVida, recognising the vital contribution unpaid carers make within our communities every day.
