How to Apply: Applications for Climb Cohort 5 are open until 6th March. To apply, submit a short video about yourself, why you want to join Climb, and what you believe are the greatest challenges facing the public sector. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to an assessment day in North, West, or South-East Wales. A final cohort of 30 delegates will be selected to join the programme.
