The Big Mental Health Survey 2026

Mind’s Big Mental Health Survey is back for a second year, and we’d love for you and your organisation to take part.

Mental health data in Wales and England is patchy. To help make a mental health system that works for all of us, we need to deepen our understanding of people’s experiences of mental health and the system surrounding it. This information is crucial in helping us better understand where the biggest problems are and what needs to change.

The findings from Wales carry significant weight and are used in key spaces where decisions are made – MIND has been actively sharing last year’s insights from the survey for example at the Welsh NHS Confederation and with Members of the Senedd through the Cross Party Group.

To take part you need to:

  • Be 16+ and living in Wales or England
  • Have used or tried to use primary or secondary care services or charity mental health support services in the past 12 months.

Mind want to hear from as many people as possible. That’s why we’re asking you to share the survey with your staff, volunteers, supporters or customers. With your help, they can make sure more voices are heard.

Thank you so much for your support. Together we can make a mental health system that works for everyone.
