Tomorrow, 15 April, we are proud to support Carers Active Together Day – a national awareness day recognising the vital role of unpaid carers and promoting opportunities to support their health and wellbeing.

Across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, partners are coming together to highlight the importance of staying active, connected and supported. To mark the day, we are pleased to share two dedicated e-bulletins:
- Adult Unpaid Carers Active e-bulletin

These bulletins include helpful information, local opportunities and support available for both adult unpaid carers and young carers.

Supporting our carers
Unpaid carers play a vital role in our communities, often balancing caring responsibilities with their own health and wellbeing. Carers Active Together Day is an opportunity to recognise this contribution and encourage carers to take time for themselves, stay active and feel connected.
We encourage partners, communities and individuals to share this information and support carers to get involved.
