The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board team brings together a diverse range of expertise, working collaboratively to support the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of integrated health, social care and wellbeing services across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Our team works alongside partners from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Cardiff Council, Vale of Glamorgan Council, the third sector, independent sector and people with lived experience to help turn shared ambitions into meaningful outcomes for our communities.

Leadership
The Regional Partnership leadership team provides strategic direction and oversight for the Regional Partnership Board, ensuring the successful delivery of regional priorities, programmes and funding. They work closely with partner organisations to strengthen collaboration, support effective governance, oversee financial management and ensure that the Board continues to deliver improved outcomes for people across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
Programme and Partnership Leads
Our Programme and Partnership Leads are responsible for developing and delivering key regional programmes that support integrated working across health, social care and the third sector. They work collaboratively with partners to coordinate projects, secure and manage funding, monitor progress and drive improvements aligned with the Regional Partnership Board’s Area Plan and Welsh Government priorities.
Project and Programme Support
Our Project and Programme Officers support the successful delivery of a wide range of regional initiatives. They coordinate projects, monitor milestones and risks, prepare reports for governance meetings and help ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and in line with agreed objectives. They also work closely with partners to maintain strong relationships and support collaborative ways of working across organisations.
Communications, Engagement and Partnership
The Communications, Engagement and Partnership team is responsible for raising awareness of the Regional Partnership Board’s work and ensuring that the voices of our communities help shape future services. The team develops engaging digital content, manages the website, newsletters and social media channels, supports events and campaigns, and coordinates regional engagement activities. By working closely with partners, community organisations and people with lived experience, the team helps ensure that local experiences and feedback influence strategic planning and service development.
Performance, Business Intelligence and Finance
Our Performance, Business Intelligence and Finance colleagues help ensure that regional programmes deliver measurable outcomes and provide value for public investment. They oversee financial monitoring, performance reporting, data analysis and governance requirements, supporting evidence-based decision making and ensuring compliance with Welsh Government funding and reporting expectations.
