Charles Janczewski serves as the Chair of the Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board (RPB), where he plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration among health, social care, and third-sector organizations to enhance integrated services for the local community.

With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, he is dedicated to driving strategic initiatives that improve service delivery and patient outcomes. His commitment to partnership working is instrumental in addressing regional challenges and promoting the well-being of residents across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
