Cardiff and Vale University Health Board want to invest in support that will help you do the things you enjoy doing in your local community. This is called social prescribing and could include making new friends, volunteering, exercising, getting out into nature or exploring new hobbies/interests. Our aim is to connect you to a range of community based activities that help contribute to positive wellbeing.

We’d love to hear from you if you are under 18 and are interested in getting involved.

We will use the information that you tell us to help us make our services better and shape what we do next.

We are currently working with different services around Cardiff and the Vale to ensure young people can access a range of activities and support.

Some of our exciting projects include:

 Developing social media

Creating a wellbeing journal for young people to use alongside their work with their community connectors.

We developed a wellbeing journal for young people to use alongside support from their community connectors.

In November, we asked you to tell us what you wanted to see in a wellbeing journal.
