We hope you found the day informative, engaging and inspiring. It was fantastic to bring together colleagues, partners, carers, citizens and communities from across health, social care, housing, the third sector and beyond to celebrate partnership working and explore how we can continue to improve outcomes for people across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
The success of the conference is due to the enthusiasm, expertise and commitment of everyone who attended, contributed, exhibited in the Marketplace, delivered workshops and shared their experiences throughout the day.
