A new partnership initiative, Warm and Well @Home, has launched across Cardiff and the Vale, bringing together health, local authorities and third sector partners to help people stay warm, safe and well in their own homes.
The programme aims to identify people who may need additional support and connect them with the right advice and services, helping to reduce the impact of cold homes on health and wellbeing.
