This thought-provoking workshop invites delegates to explore how we can think differently about the support, services, and environments we create for neurodivergent individuals across Cardiff and Vale.
With a focus on engagement, this session will share emerging insights from people with lived experience, families, professionals, and community partners who are working together to challenge traditional models and design new, person-centred approaches. Whether it’s reshaping how we deliver health and care, adapting spaces to be more inclusive, or co-producing services that reflect neurodivergent needs and strengths—this workshop will showcase the beginnings of a movement towards more flexible, empowering, and responsive systems.
Delegates will hear from contributors across sectors who are actively involved in shaping this agenda and will be invited to take part in meaningful discussions about the barriers, enablers, and future opportunities for change.
This session is ideal for anyone with an interest in neurodivergence, inclusion, innovation, or service transformation—especially those keen to be part of ongoing engagement as this work develops.
This workshop will be facilitated by Anna Tee, Programme Manager, Cardiff and Vale regional Partnership Board along with partners from Health and Social Services.
